Here is an overview of the entire journey and process of the transportation. This hopefully should make you feel at ease knowing your pet will be safe through the whole process. Important Information on "Service Information" Page.
- Pets travelling from the UK will be collected in 1 of our 3 vans. Once they meet at Folkstone all pets will be transferred onto our largest van to travel to their final destination. All dogs will be put on a martingale anti escape collar with our name and number sewn in on collection.
- Our professional fully equipped van has the luxury of temperature control to keep your pet comfortable throughout their travels.
- Crates are provided with vet pet bedding and none spill water bowls.
- We have a camera system installed so we can keep an eye on your pets 24/7 while travelling.
- Your pets will be provided with a spacious pen equipped with water, vet bedding for comfort and a puppy pad for those little potty accidents.
- If you would like to provide your pets with their own blankets for their journey, you are more then welcome to.
- Unfortunately we are unable to allow your pets to travel with toys for safety reasons.
- If your pet has any special requirements or medication please make us aware at the time of booking to guarantee we cater for them correctly.
- Our journey will be by road via the Euro-Tunnel Shuttle service, or via ferry.
- Throughout our journey your pets will have regular 'potty' breaks and leg stretches at pet friendly service stations with fenced areas for their safety.
- We use 2 restraints to keep everyone safe. An anti-escape martingale collar and lead. Also a slip lead to ensure complete security.
- We provide your pets with top quality dog food and treats throughout their trip with us.
- With our top of the range tracking system you will be able to follow our journey every step of the way!
- Whatsapp group chat will be set up once all pets are route.
- You will be given a 2 hour window for your pets arrival time, these times are always an estimate as we can obviously not foresee delays we may come across.
- We always take photos upon delivery of your pet and we put these on our facebook page. Please advise us if you don't want it on facebook, however the photo is still taken as proof of handover.
- A handover sheet must also be signed to say you have received your pet along with any belongings and travel documents.
- After the transportation you may wish to stay in the Whatsapp group chat of other transported pets, but if not feel free to leave (completely your choice).
